Data deletion
You can remove the data Lime holds from your Facebook connection at any time, in any of these ways.
From inside Lime
Sign in, open Settings → Meta ad accounts and click Disconnect Facebook. The access token is deleted immediately and your ad accounts stop syncing.
From Facebook
- Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Lime Marketing and click Remove.
- Facebook notifies Lime and the connection is deleted the same way. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; enter it below to check the status.
Everything else
To delete your whole Lime account, including imported advertising data and your workspaces, contact us from the email address on the account and we will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.
